Privacy Policy

AMG Performance Coaching ("AMG," "I," "me," or "my") is an online personal training and nutrition coaching business run by August Green. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I respect your privacy and only collect what I need to coach you well.

Information I collect

When you fill out the coaching application on this site, I collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

• Contact details: your name, pronouns, email address, and phone number.
• Background: your occupation and training experience.
• Coaching details: your goals, your biggest fitness challenges, the coaching length you clicked on, and anything else you add in the notes.

Some of what you share may be personal or health related, such as injuries, hormone therapy, or surgery timelines. Sharing this is always optional. If you include it, I use it only to plan safe, appropriate coaching for you.

I do not ask for payment information on this website.

How I use your information

• To review your application and contact you about coaching, including setting up a call.
• To build and adjust your training and nutrition plan if you become a client.
• To answer your questions and keep in touch during coaching.
• To keep basic records for running my business.

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Services that help run this site

I use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website and my coaching:

• Formspree receives and delivers application form submissions to me. Their handling of your data is covered by Formspree's privacy policy.
• Website hosting serves this site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
• Google Fonts and other content delivery networks load fonts and styling for this page, and may receive your IP address when the page loads.
• Trainerize is the coaching app where clients receive workouts, meal plans, and check-ins. If you become a client, I'll create your account in Trainerize, and the information you enter there (such as workouts, nutrition logs, progress photos, body measurements, and messages) is stored by Trainerize and also covered by Trainerize's privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising trackers, and I do not set cookies for marketing.

How long I keep your information

If you apply but don't become a client, I keep your application for up to 12 months in case you want to start later, then delete it. If you become a client, I keep your information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterward for my business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including using secure services and limiting access to myself. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but I work to protect your information and only share it as described in this policy.

Your choices and rights

You can contact me at any time to:

• Ask what information I have about you.
• Correct or update your information.
• Ask me to delete your information.
• Stop receiving messages from me.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. I will honor any valid request.

Clients under 18

I coach athletes under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For anyone under 18, the application must be filled out by a parent or guardian who is 18 or older, and I collect information about the minor only from that parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian can contact me at any time to review, update, or delete their child's information, or to withdraw consent for coaching. If I learn that someone under 18 submitted an application without a parent or guardian, I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally to stay informed.
